All the files in Polaris Viewer are simply history saves. This means that every time you open a document in Polaris, the application keeps a link to the file that it was opened. If you try to open the files again while the files are not in their place anymore, you will receive an error. I am afraid you cannot retrieve your files because they were deleted.
