Is it possible to get my photos saved in Polaris Viewer back from my stolen phone.

My LG Optimus Logic got stolen and I had all my pictures saved in Polaris Viewer. Well, now I have LG Optimus Dynamic and it has Polaris viewer, too. My question is: is there any way to get my pictures back?

I'm afraid no since Polaris Viewer is just an application installed on your phone. It does not have any syncing to online storage features. I am afraid your pictures are gone forever if you didn't perform a backup on a cloud service like Dropbox, Gdrive, Skydrive, etc.
