How can I use smartCARS?

I have downloaded smartCARS but I can't use it to fly on FSX. So what should I click to start my FSX and fly with others members in All Nippon Airways virtual?

Before you can use the application, please make sure that you meet the requirements for this add-on to work properly. The add-on requires FSUIPC or XPUIPC. After installing, you can start FSX and smartCARS.
