How can I obtain Microsoft Encarta? Is it still available?

Encarta has been discontinued and Microsoft isn't planning to bring it back. If you still want the software, there is a way that involves purchasing through Amazon because the latest version is available there.

I already have bought the program: Encarta 2009-Premium; Windows 10, unilaterally, uninstalled my program and there is no way to contact someone from Microsoft for an explanation. What I am interested the most is their Dictionaries-Translator (English-Spanish – Spanish-English) Is that legal? Is that correct? Rafael Aybar
