These applications you have mentioned are actually discontinued. There is no compatibility patch or upgrade to make them work in Windows 10. The only thing you can try is Compatibility mode through Properties > Compatibility after you right click the setup or the executable file. Choose Windows XP from the drop down list and then try running them. If you still encounter issues, you need to install Windows Xp through Virtualization. A feature that allows you to run another operating system in its full mode through virtualization technology.
