How to resume IDM when download is 54% complete?

If the download has been stopped at 54 % progress, go to the main window of IDM and right click the entry. Choose Resume Download and if the server supports file resuming, IDM will continue to download the file until you stop it or it finishes.

Very simple .Open Idm ( internet download manager ) right click in file need remuse, and choose Resume download. Good luck
