Has ScreenPrint32 been updated to work with dual-monitor systems? The version I have will only work on the "primary" monitor.

I have ScreenPrint32 V3.5, but it will only allow me to capture things on the main monitor and totally ignores my attempt to capture anything on the second monitor.

ScreenPrint32 does not have dual-monitor support. It only captures the primary desktop which is active. Try using Screenshot Captor if you want multiple desktop support. It's an advanced application with a lot of additional features.
