Compatibility of the product with Windows 8.

I've used this product for years on Windows XP and Windows 7, however, when I try to use it on Windows 8, I receive this error : run-time error '340' control array element '1' doesn't exist. How do I get around this? After using several other screen capture programs, this is by far the best and I would like to continue using it.

This is an old program that was designed to run on MS-DOS based Windows versions like Windows NT or Windows ME. Unfortunately, Windows 8 doesn't fully support this kind of applications. You can try installing the program using compatibility features, but you may still experience problems. To install the program, swipe from the right side of the screen, in the search bar type 'run program' and open the resulted service. From there, to complete the installation process, you need to follow the provided instructions.

Please notice that there isn't an available upgrade for the program that can run on Windows 8.
