My computer running Windows XP SP3 cannot communicate with Moov 3G+.

I have Moov 3G+ but recently my computer running Windows XP SP3 cannot communicate with this USB device anymore. What's the problem.

Please uninstall the support software that this USB devices uses and remove the drivers from Device Manager then perform a new installation. Make sure that you use the official software and not some custom application found on the Internet.
