Where can I get Cannon Photo Record? Can I use it on Windows 8?

I have a new Dell computer with Windows 8 and I would like to use a program I had on my old computer. It is called Cannon Photo Record 2. It allows you to make photo albums. I cannot find the program for Windows 8. It was a program that came with a Cannon camera.

Cannon Photo Record 2 is available for customers only. It is included in the CD that arrives with your product or can be ordered from the Canon website. But all the downloads available for this product are related to updates only. Another problem is that this program is not Windows 8 compatible.
