I receive a 923 error code on LG L7.

I haven't yet tried the 3G reset solution. I have one or more of these 923 codes on my phone most mornings when I get up. At home I have 3G OFF and use my wireless network. How can 3G and/or the 3G settings be causing the download problem when they are switched off?

Error 923 may happen because of different causes: bad cache data, servers, bad installation etc. In either cases, factory reset and clear cache operations are recommended. For 3G and WiFi connections the problem may lie in the fact that these connections use different DNS servers and that's why you encounter problems, but as I said, these errors could easy be fixed trying one of the available solutions.
