Phone keeps getting error 923 when I try to download an app.

I tried to download an app and it said can't download because of an error 923. I went to my Settings and made it to where I had a lot of storage, then I tried to download it, but it said the same thing.

This error has multiple causes and solutions. Most common fix is to remove the Google account by performing a factory reset. Go to Settings > Security > Factory Reset or Settings > Privacy > Factory Reset.
