I have a legitimate email account that is: email@example.com. However, I have forgotten my original password and I am being listed as a guest. How can I resolve it?
Please go to the main page of Software Informer and click on Login then Forgot password?. A pop-up will appear asking you to enter a security code and the email attached to your account. Enter your email address and you will receive an email with a link to the password-resetting interface. Follow the necessary steps to complete the operation.
