I can't log in to this application. When I perform a Refresh, I receive an error.
"Please check your firewall setting error code: 2".
I don't know what to do with it. The operating system is Windows 8 x64. Please help me!
Please go to Windows Firewall and add Software's Informer client to the exception list. You can set a desired port but that it's not the case. Just select Allow a program through firewall and browse to the path of softinfo.exe. Once you do this, press Refresh and it will work again.
