I cannon go back more that one week with Video Surveillance Client playback feature.

I use Video Surveillance Client software for a multi-camera security system. The software has a playback feature that allows me to review incidents recorded by the cameras. I was trying to check an incident that occurred 2 weeks ago, but I found that the playback feature goes back only 1 week maximum. Is there a way that I can go back beyond one week with the playback feature?

I am afraid that is impossible as basing on your words the system only records video up to 1 week and keeps it for that period. As the time passes the recording is replaced with new footage.
