The phone can be connected to the computer via the USB cable provided. The contents of the phone will be available as Mass Storage and it can be accessed through My Computer, but in order to do that, you need the required drivers. Also, you will need Alcatel PC Suite to manage your phone. Download and install the application only after you have installed the drivers.
