There are a few steps you can take to bypass this error. You can:

  1. Flush the DNS of the computer using Start > Run > ipconfig /flushdns followed by a restart.
  2. Check the website's availability using Down for Everyone or Just me? service.
  3. Check the domain name existence using Whois.net.
  4. Check your firewall to see if the website is not blocked. (Start > Control Panel > System & Security > Windows Firewall)

Once you perform these steps, you can then try to access the website again. It is also possible that the website is down for maintenance or its hosting servers are in maintenance mode or not available anymore.
