I can't use Easy Submit Website due to an error.

I'm getting the "Component 'richtx32.ocx' or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid" error message whenever I try to open Easy Submit Website. What can I do?

In order to fix this issue, go to Start, type cmd and open the utility using Administrator rights. Type regsvr32 /u richtx32.ocx, press Enter, type regsvr32 /i richtx32.ocx and hit the Enter button again. After that, go again to Start, type UAC and open the Change User Account Control Settings tool. Move the slide to Never Notify and click OK. If the problem is not solved, uninstall the software using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature and download and install the latest version.
