Usually, the hotfix is applied with the update of the Windows operating system.

This is a problem of compatibility of the ODBC driver used to export data to Excel. Since this is a local error, you will need to check the ODBC driver and the configuration data before trying to work with the export function. This was a common bug in all major ODBC drivers which was later fixed.
