The problem is often encountered when the setup can't find the proper registry keys with the path of the CD/DVD location. Please check on the installation CD if you have the required file. In case it's not there then the installation CD is faulty and needs to be replaced with a working one. If the file is there and the problem persists, then all you need to do is to copy the entire content of the installation CD to a folder of choice on your hard drive and run the setup again. Make sure you don't have any similar Microsoft products installed on the target computer because you may face incompatibility between programs.
