You can request another PIN if you have a Google account attached to the phone. Also, the phone needs to have an active Internet connection so it can email a PIN to unlock it. Contrary, you will need to enter Recovery mode to factory reset the phone in case this won't help. Factory reset wipes all settings and apps from your phone. You can enter Recovery mode by pressing Volume UP+ Home +Power.
