My flash disk got corrupted and all of my files inside were changed and became CHK. I've tried to solve it. I used CHK-Mate but no result.

CHK-Mate recovers files that have been created by the ScanDisk application. Usually these files contain the data on the device. In your case, the data were heavily corrupted making it impossible to recover them back.
