It's possible that your drive is faulty or the application is bugged. It's one of these two. Try to access the drive and perform copy, move and delete operations. If they're working, it means the application is faulty. In this cases, a re-installation to the latest version is recommended. It's also possible that although the utility was made for this hard disk brand, it does not support your hard disk version and a newer update is required.
