Why did my Proscan tablet lose its IP address when I tried to reset it to factory settings?

Resetting the tablet to default settings means that the tablet wipes all the stored information related to settings, apps and any customization that was done. That's why, all the settings related to WiFi were deleted. Please, connect it again to the network and there should not be any trouble.

just hold the power button and volume when off or on

I DID THAT AND IT WENT BACK TO THE PASSWORD ENTRY SO NOW WHAT ?

I did both and still won't let me unlock it with new password!
