Bypass a password for a Toshiba laptop

How can I get passed the setup password on a Toshiba Satellite a215-s4747?

The password can be removed only by a Toshiba Authorized Service technician. As this is stated on the support page and everywhere on their forums. Please contact your local Toshiba Service in order to deal with this issue.
