This is a very serious problem. To avoid data loss, I recommend to immediately send the file to Toshiba service or warranty. Don't visit a local laptop shop, because if they don't have the right tools, you might lose the data and that's not the point of the whole operation. The Toshiba technicians have all they need to remove the password.
