My printer shows an error message and it stopped working. What should I do?

First, you need to check the connection to PC. Please check the cables. Also, if the printer is an All-in-One, you can use the OSD to reset it to its default settings.

Another possibility is related to the drivers. Make sure in Device Manager that the printer is recognized and installed properly.
