Key Home Gourmet Copyright 1994 will not run on my new computer with Windows 8

What can I do? I have over 5000 recipes in the program.

Since the product was released for Windows 3.1, it's a wonder it still works in Windows XP. It has been said that it was working fine in Windows Vista. This is pretty much the application can run, because everything has been changed above Windows Vista. DosBOX can't run it since it's a 32bit application and DosBox emulated 16bit applications and games.
