At first, you can try using compatibility mode. Right click its installer, then select Troubleshoot Compatibility and follow the instructions. If this is not working, you might need to use Windows XP in a virtual machine. You computer must support Virtualization before attempting to do this operation. Reboot it and go to BIOS to check/enable virtualization support. If it doesn't support virtualization, download VirtualBox and install it, then follow the guide which explains how to install another OS inside your current environment without affecting system files.
After all the operations finished, simply drag and drop your application into Windows XP and install it in that location.
