Is there a version of Key Home Gourmet that runs on Windows 10?

No, there is no version compatible with Windows 10 because this application was designed to run only on DOS and Windows 3.x. There were no updates or other versions released and compatible with modern operating systems.

However, you can use DOSBox to install and run the application in DOS mode.
