Webpage log on using SimplePass

I changed from Internet Explorer 9 to Chrome and when I go to the webpages which usernames and passwords I have stored, SimplePass does not load up. How can I fix it?

Please back up the SimplePass database and completely uninstall the application. There seems to be an error with the migration to another browser. The uninstalling operation will wipe all the errors and compatibility issues. After you re-install the product, re-import the database with passwords and it will work.
