My Avast anti-virus is not working and cannot run. What could be the problem?

In most of the cases, the problem is with its installation. I suggest you remove the anti-virus and download a new copy. This approach is the most successful one because it involves simple steps in removing and re-installing the application. Also, make sure that there are no other security solutions that prevent Avast from starting up. If you know that you've installed such applications, please disable or remove them in order to complete Avast installation.

Huh, I don't know what to tell you. I had Avast and I always had issues with it so I decided to change it to a different antivirus (Unthreat Antivirus), I'm much happier now so maybe you should consider changing yourself!

Check if there are any related files lossing? If not, there can be some threats on your computer.
