Message when opening any video files on a DVD for the region in Windows media player.

When i opening any video files on a DVD in Windows media player 12 and you will receive a message says:

“Windows Media Player cannot play the DVD because the disc prohibits playback in your region of the world. You must obtain a disc that is intended for your geographic region."

appears in windows 7 for my dell laptop. Give me to resolve it?
