In order to access the internal/external storage, you need to connect your phone through computer using the USB cable included in your package. Also, you need to install HTC drivers because the communication will not be possible. Once you install these drivers, connect the phone to the computer and let Windows install its drivers then you can enable USB storage on your phone and you can access the contents of your phone from My Computer.
