I have Windows 8 and ION profile LP USB Turntable. It came with a disk and software to convert records to MP3, but now it tells me that it is only working in mono mode to check programs.
Is there anything I can do?
I doubt that Windows is the problem in this case. Please check the settings and the hardware for different configuration options because this is more like settings rather than drivers.
