I get no sound when I try to record in EZ Vinyl Tape converter.

I have EZ Vinyl Tape converter but I am unable to get any sound on record or playback. Can you help please?

Download the User Guide in PDF format and look at the page 6 regarding troubleshooting. Make sure to follow all the instructions because the audio problems could be caused by various settings or devices.
