Pricing tool is not responding

Hello,
I am a GE user of the pricing tool and I installed a Cisco application in Windows 7 (Avaya One X). After this installation the pricing tool is not responding. I tried to install it again and even launch it from the site but no luck. Most probably the affected item is .NET 4 framework. Can you please help me?

In this case I advise you to perform a new installation of .NET Framework 4 if you say that it was affected, but this is a rare case when a framework can be affected by a bad installation. Usually this installation is protected and when registry gets affected you will encounter errors and messages that will tell you to re-install the application.
