I have a problem when I want to work with Flowclean plugin on FlowJo. I face with a error "Flowclean has failed to produce the expected derived parameter"

I can not work with plugins and all of plugins not working in flowJo. I put right pathway in preference in both plugins and R pathway. I would be appreciated if you guide me on this issue.
