I believe that you have downloaded a Chinese version of the software. Please use the standard download of the software and install it again. You can uninstall your current version from Add/Remove Programs. Also, make sure your computer is set to English in Regional settings found in Control Panel and then proceed to a fresh installation of the standard package.
