Why did Shadow Defender program is being discontinued?

Its now time that the Shadow Defender program to be discontinued and will no longer receives any future versions are being updated or a technical support for this software.

Supports are users to the Shadow Defender software has confirmed that would be transitioned to the latest version of Microsoft Windows as the Reset this PC option feature.
