Since your phone has Bluetooth capability and it's Android based, sending files through Bluetooth is extremely easy. Go to the file explorer installed on your phone, tap the file you want to send and keep pressing over the file until a menu pops up, then choose Share/Send and as the method pick Bluetooth. It will ask you to turn on Bluetooth if it's closed then you can see the available devices with Bluetooth enabled. Choose the one you need and the operation will start and that's it.
