The Vector NTI can not start because a window prompts that VectorNTIUtils.dll is missing. What should I do?

The DLL file is an essential component for the good functionality of the applications. A simple reinstall will fix this problem. This has been caused by some error that resulted in DLL corruption or deletion. Please use the setup package and install the application again. If the setup prompts you to perform a Repair, then you should choose that option.
