The error pops out when the application is trying to call functions or simply use the DLL file and the last known location where the file was is invalid (virus, deletion, accidental removal, etc). Performing a Google search for this file is recommended and after you find the DLL file, copy it to the installation folder and try to run the software again. You will notice that the software will work just fine and the error should not pop up anymore.
