My content manager will not start up

My content manager will not start up. I have reinstalled it with no success. I am running Windows 7. Any ideas?

In some cases, you will need to make sure you meet the minimum requirements for the application you want to install. In this case, compatibility could be a serious issue because it will not permit your software to work properly in a newer operating system. Please consult the official developer website for updates regarding Windows 7 operating system's support.

Make sure that your antivirus solution doesn't block the functionality of the program.

didn't have a problem a week ago. it was playing fine.
