I have Syracuse CDs - English Advanced for Kids: English Your Way 2.0 and Smart Start English that worked well. Now I have Windows 7 and they don't work anymore.

This is a problem of compatibility between the software on your CDs and the operating system. Windows 7 was a major change regarding Windows operating systems. Since it was released, many things changed like architecture, file system and the way that it works.

Upon starting the application from your CDs, you will be asked if the program worked correctly or not. In case you choose NO, Windows will adjust the settings so you can run the software for the operating system it was originally built.

If this operation does not resolve your problem, then the next step is to contact the developer of the applications on the CD and request Windows 7 compatible applications.

You should reinstall Windows 7 32 bit and then it will run in the compatibility mode, as 64 bit won't run this program. I use this program for my classes as I am English teacher.
