I can't open icons on Google Toolbar

I am unable to open icons on my Google Toolbar. I open one and a blank box drops down with no way to type in it.

This is an unusual behavior for Google Toolbar. If the problem persists, I recommend uninstalling it. Then you can download and apply it again to your browser.

Since the toolbar is only available for Internet Explore, you can reset the browser to its default settings by going into Tools > Internet Options > Advanced and click the Reset button.
