My Comcast Toolbar is not working properly. It is just an empty bar that keeps disappearing. I reinstalled it without success. What can I do? I noticed that I'm having the same problem with the Google toolbar.
Comcast Toolbar contains a security module that may interfere with your antivirus program. In order to fix the problems, I recommend you configure your security software to allow the application to communicate. Also, I suggest you update your web browser to the latest version: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera. After that, you can update also the Comcast Toolbar to a newer version. If the issues persist, try using another browser from Software Informer database.
