I can download the regular Google toolbar (not Google Chrome) but it stays disabled on my toolbar and extensions page. I click enable but it remains disabled.

What should I do?

The toolbar installs for all other browsers that are available (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, etc.). In case of Google Chrome, all the features that the toolbar offers are already integrated and you do not need to install it again. That is why in the extensions page you will see that the toolbar is disabled by default and cannot be enabled because there could be issues with your browser.
