I just upgraded and ColorStrokes loads and image but it doesn't show up in the workspace window, only in the Comparison window...
From our research, it appears that there may be compatibility issues with ColorStrokes and Big Sur. We suggest reaching out to the software developer for support or possibly exploring alternative software options.
