Is this compatible with MAC OS Catalina 10.15.7

I tried to open the app but it said it was out of date with the current version of MAC operating system. I have not updated to Big Sur as yet so I am assuming it will not work with that either. The app was dated 2 Feb 2021 and I paid for it before realising that it did not work on my desktop

No, the "Passport Photo Studio" program is not compatible with macOS Catalina 10.15.7. It is also likely not compatible with macOS Big Sur.
